What is land subdivision?

Simply put land subdivision is the process of creating legal titles for two or more lots of land from one parent title. Subdivision can be time-consuming, frustrating and stressful. And that's what inspired us to start We Subdivide.

We want to help our clients become property developers by guiding them through the process of land subdivision. From the initial concept to the surveying and engineering based around both the restrictions imposed by council and the constraints of the land itself, right through to the physical installation of civil services, utilities, earthworks, access and retaining on site. Finally we ensure that all works have been carried out in accordance with the approved plan so that separate certificates of title can be issued.
