MICHAEL FITZGERALD
After completing a Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland, Michael gained a grounding in Auckland property in the valuation industry, before travelling through Europe and working in both London and Manchester. On returning to Auckland he became a director of a property speculation company specialising in residential property refurbishments and sales, before branching into land subdivisions and development for a private firm based on the North Shore. Michael’s philosophy when it comes to business is a friendly, yet determined approach, is the best way get results. He will make sure our clients are completely satisfied as he is well aware that a positive reputation is everything in this industry.
Keith Aldous
Keith is passionate about land development and construction in his adopted country. After immigrating to New Zealand from Scotland and settling here with his kiwi wife and now with three young children, Keith embarked on a mission to improve people’s live through property investment. He started working with Placemakers in Auckland where he gained a grass roots understanding of the construction industry, from consents to materials and everything in between. From here he took the entrepreneurial leap as a franchisee of a construction company. Unfortunately due to some unscrupulous business partners this business failed. It was a difficult time, one that hit Keith financially, but he learned an enormous amount. The experience also ignited something deep within and from that point on Keith has been on a personal quest to ensure others won’t go through what he endured. He understands intimately that the subdivision and construction industry can be filled with smoke and mirrors – Keith wants to bring transparency and integrity to everything he does. Through his numerous years of experience in property Keith has gained an extensive background and built lasting relationships with professionals throughout the industry and he will bring all these to manage the risks and ensure our clients succeed in their development projects.
