House and Land Package

This way you retain control over what is built on the land plus the concept design for a new home will appeal to a wider market and enable potential buyers to visualise their dream home on the land.
We like to know your end goal before we start down the route of subdividing. Therefore we can design the project specific to your needs by working back from the end result. By adopting a visionary approach we are able to plan for the next steps in advance.
After the concept design has been completed and the subdivision resource consent has been approved we can market the house and land package while the remainder of the subdivision continues in the background. We then give ourselves the best opportunity to have an agreement for the sale of the land in place by the time the subdivision is complete.
